These products are electronically printed and can be printed in CMYK, full shade.

The conventional lead time for custom-made printed cups under 5,000 systems is 7 - 10 job days from approval and prepayment (excludes shipping time). The minimum order amounts for custom-printed mugs on most items are 100 devices. We offer full wrap printing theoretically mug orders.

Alerting our customer service group before order approval and they will offer a shipping cost for visit shipment. Please get in touch with Customer support for details. Please note that there is no extra price to do 2-sided printing on any of our mugs.

For instance on a plastic cup, light filtering through will trigger the ink to appear lighter and on a paper mug, ink is soaked up and may appear darker. When customers purchase higher quantities of our printed products, the Mug Store is satisfied to supply affordable rates.

For custom-printed orders, adjustments and cancellations can be requested prior to proof approval. Sleeves, rollercoasters, napkins are digitally published and can be printed in numerous shades without additional costs. Any type of cancellation on a personalized published order prior to authorization will undergo a 3% cancellation charge or a minimum of $25, in addition to any type of evidence that have actually already been created.
